Meet Peter
Hi, I’m Peter—a personal trainer, Army Reservist, and fitness enthusiast with a passion for helping people become the strongest, healthiest versions of themselves. Originally from the vibrant city of New Orleans, I made my way to Texas to study Exercise and Sports Science, with the ultimate goal of becoming a physical therapist.
With over three years of experience, I’ve guided countless clients to success, whether they’re chasing weight loss, building strength, mastering calisthenics, or training for a big run. I’m all about blending science-backed techniques with real-world experience to create workouts that are as effective as they are empowering.
When I’m not training or studying, you’ll find me running, rock climbing, or exploring the world of food (yes, I’m a big foodie!). I also spend plenty of time with my incredible girlfriend who’s basically my best workout buddy.
